Logitech z906 bass control8/28/2023 ![]() But when I set speakers as 7.1 the front speakers was playing, but treated like rear side. while your Infinity Infinitesimal speakers requires 100 Hz and up for it to play bass frequency. Everything sounds like it should be, but when I test it through Manager Realtek HD Audio on my PC with 5.1 settings I didn't hear front speakers. The amplifier that support those satellites speakers for Z906 are designed for higher frequency, the low end frequency is delivered by the sub. After connecting speakers I made a test (long push of INPUT button). Both of what I recommend will only require a single additional power plug, and are much simpler than a studio monitor setup. My mainboard is MSI Z77A-G45 (MS-7752) with integrated Realtek HD Audio. As far as your setup, for your relatively small room, I recommend, first and foremost, a passive system that uses a mini amplifier or a set of consumer (rather than studio/professional) powered speakers. I paste my post from Logitech forum below - you can find there more info about my hardware and about this what is exactly my problem with Z906 speakers. I've tried to describe my problem on Logitech community forum, but no one helped. If there a sens in buying external card, so that is what I prefer. ![]() I'm asking for an advice in choosing proper sound card for my hardware, so I can feel the difference in sound between my actual integrated card and the new one, and finally run the 5.1 Logitech speakers correctly. ![]() Speakrs works fine independently but I've problem to use it with my PC - probably sound card communication problem. I've bought a Logitech Z906 speakers and try to test it on my PC.
